• Unlimited redaction of commercial contracts, utility bills, and financial statements.
• Zero forced account creation or payment demands.

2. User Responsibility & Verification

Because SafeRedact runs 100% locally on your machine without human or automated server oversight, you are solely responsible for verifying that your redactions cover all intended sensitive areas before emailing or uploading files to third parties. SafeRedact provides True Raster Flattening to ensure that applied blackouts are permanent and unalterable.

3. Prohibited Illegal Uses

You agree not to use SafeRedact for:

• Document forgery, fraudulent misrepresentation, or altering legal records for unlawful gain.
• Tampering with court subpoenas, government audit records, or criminal evidence.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, inject malware into, or disrupt the client-side WebAssembly distribution.

4. Document Ownership

You retain 100% complete ownership of all documents, images, and PDFs you process through SafeRedact. Because we never store or transmit your documents, SafeRedact claims zero copyright, ownership, or intellectual property rights over any file you redact.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

SafeRedact is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SafeRedact and its developers disclaim any liability for accidental omission of sensitive data by the user, browser crashes, or third-party document rejections.
